Không hu thắngAnisa Zulfiqar started her career at Pearson in 2012 in Australia focusing on Talent Assessment Consulting. Since then Anisa has held a number of positions in Pearson including Clinical and Talent Assessment Team Leader. In 2017, Anisa relocated to Singapore with Pearson to head up the Clinical and Talent Assessment division for Pearson in Asia. Her focus is to support clients in the Asia region to access Clinical and Talent Assessments published by Pearson. Anisa is able to provide consultancy services on choosing and using psychometric assessments in your organization and is also available for speaking spots at events which focus on psychometrics in the Talent space.

Fifteen years of experience working as an occupational therapist across a range of settings, including home and community based organizations, private practice clinics, schools and hospitals. Currently in the role of consultant occupational therapist for Pearson Clinical Assessment. This role focuses on providing training for therapists, psychologists and educators throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia in the administration and interpretation of assessment tools, and providing guest lectures to university OT programs. This role has recently expanded to include business development to build out the assessment and training offerings for clinicians working with older adults.
